Quintessentially Secure are one of the few training providers in th world to conduct live fire Executive Protection Officer - Bodyguard Firearms Training, led by former Officers of world class Secret Service Teams and Dignitary Protection Academies.

This is a practical, reality based course, enabling Executive Protection Officer Bodyguards and Protective Service Agents, to perform higher risk protection duties, using the proven tactical methodologies of some of the worlds finest Secret Service Agents.

EP Firearms Skills taught include:

• Safety, safety, and safety
• Weapons: 9mm pistols are the focus of this course. Models can include Sig 22 series and Glock 17. Note that SMG and Rifle familiarity will be provided where possible. Likely variants may include AK47 and AR15 or similar.
• Breathing control
• Aiming methods and trigger control
• Load, unload and making the weapon safe
• Stances, to include standing, kneeling, prone, from cover and on the move
• Single target, simple engagement
• Single target, tactical engagement (use of cover, movement and turns)
• Tactical and speed load and unload
• Multiple target acquisition and tactical engagement
• Bodyguard drills (confidential, in depth), United States Secret Service, Israeli Secret Service and United Kingdom Diplomatic Protection Group (Police) styles
• Engagement from the prone, kneeling, sitting (chair), standing, cover and client drills
• Team drills. Use of 2, 3 and 4 person team drills
• Vehicle drills, firing from inside, behind and over vehicles
